Magnesium flakes — Magnesium absorbs through the skin during a warm soak, easing muscle tension and calming the nervous system.
Ylang ylang — A traditional aphrodisiac shown to increase arousal in both men and women, ylang ylang works by reducing anxiety and stimulating the senses.
Patchouli — Earthy, grounding, and deeply sensual. A long history as an aphrodisiac — it lowers inhibition and deepens connection.

Geranium — Contains a naturally occurring compound that disrupts a tick's ability to detect and navigate toward a host.
Cedarwood — Interferes with a tick's neurotransmitter function on contact. Ticks avoid cedarwood because they're physically impaired by it.
Lavender — Repels ticks through its linalool content, which disrupts their sensory receptors.
Thyme — One of the most potent naturally occurring tick-repelling compounds identified in research. Works both on contact and as a spatial deterrent.
Clove — Contains eugenol, the single most effective natural contact repellent against ticks.

Finding personal care products made from 100% real and natural ingredients is next to impossible. So I stopped looking and started making my own.
